City Surf Project Surf-a-Thon is Here

The 9th Annual City Surf Project Surf-a-Thon launches on June 8th. We need your help to meet our goal to raise $75,000 to give 75 Bay Area youth a transformational summer this year.

All Surf-a-Thon donations directly support City Surf Project's 2026 Summer Surf Camps, providing surferships (scholarships) to students over six weeks of surfing.

90% of our summer campers receive full scholarships, because we believe finances should never be a barrier to the ocean.

When the campaign goes live, you can get involved in these easy ways:

  1. Pledge. Start or join a pledge page as an individual or as part of a team by choosing an activity and fundraising goal.

  2. Share. Share out your pledge page with your community, to donate.

  3. Surf. Get on the water, fulfill your pledge, and share it with CSP.

  4. Donate. Not interested in pledging? Thats ok, donate to the cause!

Why support City Surf Project?

City Surf Project provides equitable access to the ocean through surfing, helping young people build confidence, community, and a lifelong connection to the natural world.

Last year, we served 434 students across 131 surf days in San Francisco. 71% of those students now see themselves as a surfer. At CSP, we're dedicated to making sure that all people belong in the ocean. This June, help us prove it.
