Our 9th Annual Surf A Thon Raised $45,000 for Bay Area Youth
Our 9th annual Surf A Thon brought together surfers, students, families, and supporters for an incredible day dedicated to expanding equitable access to the ocean.
Together, our community raised $45,000 to support City Surf Project’s summer surfing programs. These funds will directly help get San Francisco youth into the water by providing wetsuits, surfboards, transportation, instruction, and the support needed to create safe and meaningful experiences in the ocean.
A heartfelt thank you to the sponsors who helped make this event possible: Dryrobe, GoPro, Sun Bum, San Franpsycho, Specialized Bicycles, Ocean’s Halo, Mollusk, and SkinSpirit. Your generosity helps keep our students surfing throughout the year.
We are also deeply grateful to everyone who paddled, pledged, donated, cheered from the sand, or shared the campaign. Surf A Thon is only possible because of this incredible community. Thank you for helping us share the stoke with the next generation of surfers.
